StarLife Partners is an IMO out of Brooklyn, NY that caters to advisors who focus on financial planning using investments, life insurance and executive benefits. They cater more to advisors who cater to high net worth individuals. They don't mention anything about lead programs or training on their website, probably because they only work with established, successful producers.
